Water neutrality and planning applications:-

On 14 September 2021, Horsham District Council received a Position Statement from Natural England regarding water neutrality and planning applications.

This may also have a potential impact on neighbourhood planning and has meant a postponement of all referenda due in the district this autumn/winter. Unfortunately, the decision by Horsham DC to delay arrived after publishing the referendum date of 18/11/21 for Pulborough Neighbourhood Plan: That date has been announced in some publications but is now postponed until further notice, while Horsham DC fully evaluates any impacts. A delay of around 3-4 months is anticipated and we will update residents as soon as possible.
