Dear Residents,

As I reflect on my time as Clerk of Pulborough Parish Council over the past year, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for your unwavering support.

The journey has had its challenges, especially in the early months, but with your collaboration, I’ve grown to love my role here. Together, we’ve achieved so much:

🤝 Planning the complete rebuild of the Sports and Social Club with a reputable new partner—progress to be presented to the Council soon!

🏏 Completion of Brand-New Cricket Nets—enhancing our sporting facilities.

🏅 Commencement of the MUGA Project—thanks to secured grants, work will start in September.

🍽️ Creation of the Pulborough Pantry —serving 200 people weekly and saving 1000kg of food monthly from landfill.

🎄 Successful Community Events—like the Christmas Fair and Pultopia, were warmly received by all.

🌱 Establishment of the Community Allotment—strengthening our community bonds.

🌳 Rewilding Initiatives—enhancing our understanding of the local environment.

🚗 Continued Work on Transport and Infrastructure—planning a sustainable future for Pulborough.

🐝 Appointment of a Biodiversity Apprentice—excited to oversee this new role.

💪 A Strong and Unified Team—grateful for our robust team and fantastic collaboration with the Horsham District Neighbourhood Wardens.

These achievements are just a glimpse of what we’ve accomplished together.

I’ve truly cherished my time as Clerk and look forward to celebrating these milestones with you all. Here’s to another year of achievements and fruitful collaborations!

Harry
